Professional service.
We take pride in delivering your new bed with the same care and attention we give to every customer.
100% of our home deliveries are carried out by our own drivers, rather than third-party couriers. This means we have greater control over the service we provide, from dispatch right through to delivery.
Our delivery teams are trained to be professional, courteous and helpful, ensuring your new bed arrives safely and on time.
Delivery areas
Our Standard Free Delivery and Premium Delivery services are available within an approximate 15 mile radius of our stores (see map).
If your delivery falls outside of this area, in-store collection is available, or contact your local store to discuss your order and requirements.
In-store collection
Items can also be collected from most of our stores. This can be arranged by prior appointment once you have placed your order. See below for further information and collection times.

Arranging your delivery / Delivery times
Once you place your order, a member of our sales team will contact you to confirm the details and arrange a convenient delivery date.
For in-stock items, delivery can generally be arranged within 5 working days. For non-stock items, please allow approximately 14 working days.
Standard FREE Delivery
We will deliver your item(s) to your doorstep. If you live in a flat, have multiple flights of stairs or have restricted access to your property, please note ‘doorstep’ is the entry to the building and not your property.
Premium Delivery – £20
Take the stress out of your new bed purchase with our Premium Delivery Service. For just £20, our delivery team will:
• Deliver your bed or mattress to a room of your choice.
• Assemble your bed (Divan models only).
• Remove all packaging.
If access to your chosen room is not possible, we will deliver your items to another suitably accessible room. If you have any concerns about access, please speak to our team before placing your order so we can discuss your requirements and make the necessary arrangements.
Please note that our Premium Delivery Service does not include the assembly of bed frames or flat-pack products. Assembly is available for divan beds only.
In-store collection
If your location falls outside of our delivery area, collection can be arranged at all of our store locations, except in Grimsby. A collection day will need to be booked with our team when they contact you to confirm your order. Please note, a medium-sized van, or similar, will be needed. Loading assistance will be provided. Please note, we will not, and do not advise, folding mattresses to fit inside smaller vehicles. This will damage the mattress and invalidate any warranty. Click here for our store locations.
What to expect on delivery day
If you’re not available on the day of delivery, please ensure an adult, 18 years or older, is at the address to accept the delivery. All deliveries will require a signature from you or your authorised representative. We will contact you by text and/or email the day before your delivery to narrow your slot down to a 2-hour window.
Our delivery team will take a photo as proof of delivery. If no one is available at the scheduled delivery time, your delivery will be rescheduled, and there may be an additional charge.
